Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Domestic Orders We currently ship to all 50 US states.

International Orders We ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at viktorcassidy@aim.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
